WSOP November Nine!

Hey lovelies!!!


The new vid is up of the World Series of Poker November 9! Out of all the big poker tourneys, I hold this one closest to my heart. My ultimate dream is to play and win The World Series of Poker. Money is tight right now so I have to hold off playing poker until next month or so. I miss it dearly. Poker is a big part of my life, I love it more than vanity. Its what I think about when I wake up, sleep and all the hours in between. Being at the poker table is incredibly calming to me, its the only place I can be where my mind is free and I am most focused.


Thank God for twitter, Ive been able to keep up with all the action play by play. Speaking of which, I think Im gonna make another twitter strictly for makeup, and keep the one I have for poker. Mostly everyone I follow is a poker star and mostly all my tweets are about poker anyway lol


Anyhoo, heres the new official vid of the November 9 for all you other poker fans. How great is it 2 years in a row to see a big name at the table? Im rooting for The Grinder!

blogger address change & future giveaway!!!

I thought of "The Royal Blush" last night as a result of insomnia <---where I get my best ideas lol jk

I thought it would be fitting for my love of poker & makeup

With that being said, The World Series of Poker has started this month in Vegas and Im debating whether or not I should go to spectate. My mom thinks Im being too ambitious because Im moving this month, going to hawaii next month, planning a wedding (kinda) etc..She thinks I should just settle and get used to being in my home for awhile. I see her point but I dont think she understands that staying in one place is not my thing. Traveling is an itch that Im always going to scratch. Anyways, off topic as usual back to poker...

The WSOP has a bracelet tourney called the Tournament of Champions (TOC) This is where poker fans like I get to vote for 27 of their favorite poker pros to compete to win 1 million dollars. This is a great opportunity for pros like Patrik Antonius (who is like one of the HOTTEST poker pros ever..in appearance and game play IMO) and other players to win a bracelet they so deserve.

The outrage this year is somehow, actor Don Cheadle got a seat into it. Now I cant speak really for his poker play, since he is not a pro I follow but I feel like this tourney should be specifically poker pros who live, breathe & bleed poker. Thats like if Phil Ivey gets an oscar for his bluffs at the table or something. Its ridiculous.

in other news...I finally reached 100 followers!!! I really want to thank all of you for following my blog, It really means a lot to me...with that being said, I am going to do a GIVEAWAY!!! I will have to do it in July/August because as mentioned before I am moving and wont have time to conjure up something good for you all.

What would you like to see in a giveaway??? Id love to hear your answers, I really want to make my very first giveaway something worth it :)

This really made my day

So as Ive mentioned before, I am obsessed w/ poker and one of my all time poker idols is Mike Caro. He is known as the Mad Genius of poker and my style of play is largely based on his writings, books etc. He is amazing. I owe a great portion of my winnings to what he taught me.

Ok so I know it was just a mere comment back BUT I am totally jumping up and down about it. Poker stars are like celebrities to me and when I get any kind of response as miniscule as it may be, I really hold it dear to my heart. That may sound lame to most but I think its great :)
