Old Haul: NYX & Red Cherry

Ive been planning on doing a makeup blog for quite sometime now, months before I even started this one. I guess I got discouraged because I'm not a professional makeup artist and I didn't have nearly as much makeup as the other beauty bloggers I read. The day I admitted to myself that I was addicted to makeup was the day I started this blog lol. I noticed myself buying tons and tons of makeup thinking, "Oh I need this" or "If I just get this set I wont have to buy makeup again for a long long time" Did I live up to that? Heck No! I still catch myself saying those things then turning around and buying makeup again. I just bought from Cherry culture like one week ago hoping that would be my makeup budget for the month and what did I do last night? I ordered the 88 Warm Palette. Granted the things I buy aren't ridiculously expensive, but that's still no reason to go haul crazy like I do almost every month. I'm so impulsive sometimes it makes me sick. Having a makeup blog makes me feel like I didn't completely waste all my money on items that's I'm only gonna use once then banish into my endless makeup drawer.
Anyhoo, as I was saying...Ive played with the idea of creating my own makeup blog long before I started this one. I even took pictures of my makeup and hauls. Luckily I saved them and now they can be put to good use! Here's an old haul I did last year
Row 2 NYX eye shadows: Skin Tight/Morocco/Smoke Mountain
Same 2 rows as mentioned above but with the NYX stick concealer in beige & Red Cherry lashes #49 (falsies for your lower lash line).
(don't know why I took 2 of the same pictures switching out the lashes in concealer :/)

These shadows as w/ mostly all NYX shadows break really easy. Either than that, the pigmentation is great. I never used the lashes though. They were a little to long for my taste. I don't think I have enough patience to work with lower falsies anyway. I also did some EOTD with the Red Bean Pie and Exotic Green that I will post next

Looove it! I definitely need more NYX stuff. I have a really unique rust color from them. Don't ask me why I bought that color...I guess for days when I'm wanting to look drugged out. hahaha! Great haul! :)
those are some pretty ass colors. I don't own many NYX shadows. Just the glitter palette, it sucks... haha
Leah my dear <3 dont feel bad, im exactly how you are. I bought things i dont think ill ever used up but i still continue buying more..obsessed much? haha. Youtube and blogs made me go out and buy things to try out..some are not such success. LOL. I got addicted and i somewhat dont regret getting more into make up because it does make me happy and i love when i share with everyone in blogger or with my friends what i learned from other gurus and bloggers. Girlll...i used to take picture of my face when i put on makeup and take pictures of my hauls too..just in case one day i would make a blog..one day i decided to just do it and here i am! Ok im ranting now..sorry.
Anyways, great haul..post all of your hauls..coz i enjoy haul post! lol..I love nyx eyeshadows, i have a couple of their palettes...are the singles the same pigmentation and etc with the ones in the palettes?

Love your haul! I have so many hauls, I don't post even 70% of them, people would know how crazy I truly am!! I have tons of NYX e/s and they're not bad, not my favorite, but not so bad. Can't wait to see more from you!
